Emergency Medical Technician Certificate

The Emergency Medical Technician Certificate program includes the study of emergency medical care and the evaluation and treatment of injuries. This program focuses on both didactic and hands-on knowledge while providing requisite skills to evaluate, treat, and deal with a wide variety of medical emergencies. The courses included in the certificate in conjunction with maintained accreditation by the County of San Diego gives students the opportunity to sit for the National Registry Exam for Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
