AIG - AI Literacy

AIG 2001  AI Literacy: Responsible and Informed Use  (2 Units)  
This course provides an introduction to foundational concepts of generative AI and explores the critical ethical, legal, and practical considerations for their responsible and effective use.

AIG 2002  AI Literacy: Prompt Craft and Applied Automation  (2 Units)  
This course provides an introduction to foundational concepts of generative AI and provides practical application of advanced prompting skills and technical understanding of LLM mechanics and capability.

AIG 2003  AI Literacy: Designing AI Solutions  (2 Units)  
This course provides an opportunity to design and AI solutio. Students will consider all aspects of ethics, safety, and integrity to make decisions about when and where a specified process or project tasks can be improved by using AI. Students will demonstrate the use of AI using selected AI platforms (with justification for selection) or build a bot to meet the proposed project needs. All decisions about AI autonomy and human collaboration with AI will be defined and justified.
